Supervision by the inspection and sanctions

The legislation on well-being at work is criminal legislation sanctioned by the Social Criminal Code. It is mainly the Directorate General of Supervision of Well-being at Work of the FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue that monitors compliance.
