The results of the initial risk analysis and the resulting preventive measures are included in the global prevention plan.
When a specific action relating to psychosocial risks at work has to be carried out within the company during a specific year, this data is also included in the annual action plan.
These plans are adapted if necessary, following the annual evaluation of the preventive measures.
The annual report of the internal service for prevention and protection at work provides an overall view of the collective preventive measures taken, the number of requests for risk analysis of a specific work situation, the different forms of intervention and the facts recorded in the register of third party facts.
The Prevention Advisor for psychosocial aspects and the confidential counsellor must send the necessary anonymous data to the Prevention Advisor responsible for the internal service for prevention and protection at work to allow them to complete this annual report.
