End of the formal procedure
On this page
The application of the internal procedure ends when the worker considers that the problem has been solved. If this is not the case, for example because the employer has not taken any measures or has taken inappropriate measures, the worker can submit a complaint to the Supervision of Well-being at Work inspection service or the labour inspectorate (or the police), or launch legal proceedings at the employment tribunal.
- Firstly, with the prevention advisor of the internal and/or external service for prevention and protection at work.
- Secondly, with the competent regional directorate for Supervision of Well-being at Work.
- Questions on the interpretation of the legislation: in writing to the Directorate-General for Humanisation of Labour.
