Courses of action for the worker: external procedures

The aim of the legislation is to prevent risks in advance at a collective level .
If collective prevention has not removed the harm to the workers' health, they can access internal procedures that allow preventive measures to be taken at the individual level .
If the problematic situation persists despite the use of these procedures, the worker can appeal to the Well-being at Work inspection service or the legal bodies .
Recourse to the Supervision of Well-being at Work inspection service.
- Firstly, with the prevention advisor of the internal and/or external service for prevention and protection at work.
- Secondly, with the competent regional directorate for Supervision of Well-being at Work.
