The first Diversity Report of the FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue builds on the tradition of the "Socio-economic Monitoring: Labour market and Origin", published every two years since 2013.
While the Monitoring was limited to mapping the diversity on the Belgian labour market in terms of origin, this report aims to capture all measurable aspects of diversity, and therefore the different criteria of the anti-discrimination law.
Moreover, we look at the diverse variables that can impact careers, and we have invested in new methodologies to map the impact of long-term illness, disability and sexual orientation in detail.
