The Diversity Report of the FPS Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue aims to cover all measurable aspects of diversity – and thus the various criteria in the anti-discrimination law, such as gender, age, etc. The authors examine the various variables that can have an impact on careers. The report also breaks new ground by studying the position in the labour market of people with disabilities, people in same-sex relationships, and people with long-term illnesses.
To present the latest report, the FPS Employment is organising a webinar in English on 27 January 2026 from 10:00 to 12:15.
During this webinar, our experts will present the latest report, which contains analyses on people in long-term sickness, persons with disabilities, and persons living in same-sex couples. They invite experts from the European Commission and the OECD to reflect on the results and put them in an international perspective. Researchers from the University of Antwerp will provide the findings of their in-depth analysis of the position of disadvantaged groups on the labour market.
The webinar is free of charge and will be in English.
Further information and registration for the webinar via the events website (in French and Dutch).
